Juan Carlos is a founding partner of Aquablu Realty Group. He has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goal, he has been a licensed realtor for over 20 years with multimillion dollars in sales. His extensive knowledge and experience in the South Florida market have permitted his clients to successfully buy their dream homes and sell investment properties in one of the most competitive markets in the world.

Olga is a founding partner of Aquablu Realty Group. She has over 20 years of real estate experience.  She has dedicated over two decades helping clients buy and sell property with over $500 million in sales.

A high-touch realtor known for her extensive market knowledge and her unmatched devotion to clients, Her success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. She utilizes the latest technologies and pays full attention to detail and passion for perfection.

She has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high-dollar estate properties to uptown condominiums, large Estate Homes, and investment properties.
